Homemade Ricotta

Easy peasy to make the best Ricotta you've ever had from milk... but I can't figure out what to do with all the leftover whey (the above is the result of half a gallon milk) so I think I'll just find a quality ricotta from the store under the assumption that whoever made it is actually using the whey for productive purposes.

Or maybe I'll actually start gardening and I can use some of these whey gardening tips along with the occasional bread loaf.
