An interesting idea that looks like it worked in Carla's video. But mine somehow ended up both burnt and uncrispy at the same time.

But still addictively delicious and I wish I'd made the full head insteda of just half.

Homemade Ricotta

Easy peasy to make the best Ricotta you've ever had from milk... but I can't figure out what to do with all the leftover whey (the above is the result of half a gallon milk) so I think I'll just find a quality ricotta from the store under the assumption that whoever made it is actually using the whey for productive purposes.

Or maybe I'll actually start gardening and I can use some of these whey gardening tips along with the occasional bread loaf.

Death By Burger

The Wisconsin Butter Burger uses no less than 3 whole tablespoons of butter. I don't subscribe to the notion that this makes it unhealthy or anything of the sort.

But don't make the mistake of eating two of them or you'll wish you were dead.
